Return and Cancellation Policy
Service Cancellation
Since queblornyzax provides ongoing moderation services rather than physical products, our return policy relates to service cancellations and refunds. You may cancel your moderation service subscription at any time by contacting us in writing.
Cancellation Notice
To cancel your service, please provide at least 30 days' written notice before your next billing cycle. Cancellation requests should be sent to supportuse@queblornyzax.world or submitted through our contact form. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request within 48 hours.
Refund Policy
Refunds for paid services are considered on a case-by-case basis:
- If you cancel within 14 days of initial service activation, you may be eligible for a full refund of the current billing period
- For cancellations after the initial 14-day period, refunds for the remaining unused portion of the billing period are not guaranteed
- Services already rendered during the billing period are not eligible for refund
- Any setup fees or one-time charges are non-refundable
Service Modifications
If you are not satisfied with your current service level, we encourage you to contact us to discuss modifications to your service plan before canceling. We are committed to working with clients to ensure satisfaction with our moderation services.
Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original method of payment. You will receive confirmation via email once the refund has been processed.
Termination by Company
queblornyzax reserves the right to terminate services immediately if a client violates our Terms of Use or engages in activities that conflict with our service standards. In such cases, refunds will be handled according to the circumstances of termination.
